POLICIES

Foxglow Trinkets has  the following shop policies. It is the buyers responsibility to read these policies and item descriptions and to note production times BEFORE purchasing. By purchasing from this shop you are agreeing to the following policies.

Foxglow Trinkets has a 7 day return policy (starting day after delivery),  to request a return. 

Eligibility for Return:

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. I will verify proof of purchase.

If your return is authorized, Foxglow Trinkets will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues:

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact Foxglow Trinkets immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can rectify the issue.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Foxglow Trinkets does not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, Foxglow Trinkets does not accept returns on sales items.


Exchanges

Foxglow Trinkets ONLY excepts exchanges or store credit on return items. Exchanges can only be of less or equal value. We understand that when you receive your item it may end up not being what you initially thought or liked. At time of initial request for return email; you will be asked to select another item for exchange or request store credit for the exact amount of item. That new item will be held in the Reserved/Custom section for you until the returned item is delivered to us. Same processing and shipping times apply for exchanges. If item is damaged or broken on return; Foxglow Trinkets cannot accept item. You will be instructed to make a claim through the United States Postal Service.

If an item is returned to us for credit in obviously worn or otherwise poor condition (signs of wear, odors, stains of any kind, pet hair, smoke etc) it will not be accepted and returned to you.

.Refunds:

Cancellations are not accepted. 


Refunds will NOT  be issued, all sales are final. In the rare event that you receive a flawed piece we will replace, repair or issue store credit on a case-by-case basis. Flaws must be reported within 7 days of delivery to be considered our responsibility.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping information. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to the wrong address. If you need to make a correction please email www.foxglowtrinkets@gmail.com within 24hrs. 


Lost or Stolen Items:

I am not responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged in shipping or after they are delivered. 

Sales:

Shopping here is a privilege, not a right. I reserve the right to cancel any order at any time and refuse future orders for any reason including but not limited to Fraud/attempted fraud, Shilling, Requesting I break my policies, being rude  or harassing. 

 International Customers:

Consumer protection laws in the EU and UK requires me  to offer a minimum 14-day cancellation policy (or "right of withdrawal") on orders shipping to the EU or UK—unless there's an exception that the buyer is made aware of before they purchase an item. 

International customers will be responsible for customs fees and VAT Taxes where applicable. Please do not ask us to reduce the stated value of your package as this is considered mail fraud.
