Custom Jewelry Designs

Custom Designs are a collaboration of ideas, and bringing those ideas to physical form! I do accept custom designs.  I do not charge any additional “customs fee” because I believe it’s a privilege to collaborate with my supporters.

Please fill out contact form with a small description of your idea. Ensure to leave a good contact email. Custom designs require a lot of back and forth communication.

Resizing is a form of customization. I will resize free of charge on most designs (there are some you may have to purchase prior-to and I will message you if this is the case with your selection) 

Once resize is complete you have 24hrs in which to purchase before it will be put back with normal stock for anyone’s purchase.

To avoids sale due to unintended delays you can reserve (up to 7 days) by putting a partial payment or purchasing item first, then requesting resize! 

General Guidelines:

I require a down payment of 50% at time of approval (unless previously waived). 

I do not do Custom Designs for Winter Holidays because the time to create can be variable.

Check your messages frequently to avoid any delays.

 If for any reason we are not able to see eye-to-eye for a custom design; I will notify you and refer you to another trusted designer who is better suited for that particular design.

 I only accept TWO custom designs at a time (no limit on quantity). This allows me the time and focus to make your design come to life. If the slots are full I will add you to a waiting list and notify you when a slot opens up, and see if you’re still interested.

All custom designs are final. There’s no refunds or exchanges. 

If you choose to cancel your custom order or refuse to pay for final order you waive the 50% down payment.

RESERVATIONS

I do allow reservations. I will hold a design for 7 days. I will send a reminder email on the 6th day. If not purchased on the 7th day it will return to regular stock.

 I will take case-by-case basis to extend 7 day period however:

Any misuse of the reservation privilege e.g. holding an item on reserve then choosing to buy another like item from someone else due to feeling the other item is more of a priority,  and essentially preventing reserved item from being sold will result in immediate revocation of ANY reservation privileges.
